Lunch & Learn – Seniors Talk About Nutrition

It’s no secret that we have different nutritional needs at different points in our lives, but what does that mean for those of us who are 60 years old or better?  Come share a meal with other seniors to talk over what your diet should look like now, ways to eat healthy, and how to avoid food-borne illnesses.

The group will be led by Jan Johnson and Mary Lavelle, two licensed dietitians with years of experience teaching people how to improve their health through better eating.

When:  Monday, March 27, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Where:  Normandale Lutheran Church, 6100 Normandale Road, Edina

Cost: Free – Participants should bring a bag lunch.
