This workshop for individuals with type 2 diabetes provides helpful techniques on how to deal with the
common symptoms of fatigue, pain, stress and frustration through education on appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength and endurance. Additional topics covered include healthy eating, appropriate use of medication and strategies for working more effectively with health care providers. Participants make weekly action plans, share experiences, and provide mutual support. Developed by Stanford University, this workshop is:
