About the event
Welcome in the new year with a special 3-part workshop hosted by Paula Sandberg. Journaling and writing can provide a greater sense of confidence, self-identity and remain present while keeping perspective. Each class will start with a guided meditation, then offered writing prompts and an opportunity to share with the group. Paula, owner of Mindful Monarch, is dedicated to teaching and empowering others to create a purposeful life for themselves and leads virtual healthy lifestyle classes. This workshop is about writing from the heart; no writing experience necessary.
