About the event

To be able to care for others, you must first care for yourself. This spring, give yourself the chance to say ahhhh.

Join us for a virtual, 5 week hatha yoga series hosted and taught by Dawn Hughes, from the University of Minnesota's Center for Spirituality & Healing. Hatha yoga is a gentle introduction to the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Gain flexibility and strength, while calming the mind. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience or ability level.
