Gentle yoga and time for contemplation are important self-care tools. This gentle, yin yoga practice willopen you up to greater awareness by releasing stress in muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Linda Duncanson, Holistic Health Practitioner, Energy Medicine and certified Yin Yoga Therapist will guide you through light stretching to gain a deep sense of relaxation and a feeling as if you received a massage.
