Matter of Balance

This workshop is help for two hours a week for eight weeks. Matter of Balance uses simple physical exercises, discussions, discussions, and group activities to help you: build balance and strength, develop fall prevention skills, set realistic goals for increasing activities, and overcome your fear of falling-which can be as dangerous as falling itself!
