If you're looking for a gentle way to reduce stress, improve flexibility and balance, consider Tai Chi. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi is a low impact exercise involving a series of slow, focused movements accompanied by deep breathing techniques and meditation. When performed regularly tai chi may decrease stress, anxiety and depression; improve muscle strength; enhance the immune system; help lower blood pressure; and enhance your quality of sleep.
No prior experience required, come dressed in comfortable clothing. No registration required.
