The Center offers many different activities to boost your health and wellness and provide opportunities for meaningful social connection. Most classes are free, low cost or offered a sliding fee scale.

If you're looking to move your body come try a yoga, NIA or T'ai Chi class. If you need a little TLC, call to schedule a visit to one of our clinics to get your glasses adjusted, or see a podiatrist for a foot check.
