Gain knowledge and self-care tools to help you take care of yourself, while caring for the ones you love. You'll learn tips to reduce stress, improve self confidence, manage time, better communicate feelings, and make tough decision. 6 TUESDAYS, MAY 7 - JUNE 11, 1 pm - 3 pm
We will meet meet at New Perspective Waconia. All are welcome, residents and nonresidents.
