Volunteer today! Develop new relationships, find purpose and make a difference.

The Center offers a variety of engaging opportunities to make a difference in the lives of someone going through life-changing challenges within the community.

Our approach to serving seniors and caregivers is relationship-based.

We work to build on the capacity and strengths of the senior, family and caregiver through the generous commitment of time provided by our volunteers. With support and development opportunities provided by staff at the Center, we are able to maximize positive impact while minimizing, or eliminating, cost to those in need.

In practice, many people come to the Center for one need, but end up coming back to engage in other programs and services (ultimately working with a variety of volunteers and staff to access the broad spectrum of services the Center has to offer). We encourage the individuals we serve to experience the continuum of programs we provide as a means towards maintaining and sustaining health in body, mind and soul.

We view this ongoing relationship as a positive affirmation reflective of the quality of personal connections developed. Relationships support our clients and volunteers, and help us more effectively reduce stress and increase confidence among those we serve.
