Supporting Organizations and Partners

 

Normandale Evangelical Lutheran Church
Normandale Evangelical Lutheran Church (NELC) founded the Center in 1998 with three key partners as an outreach mission focused on supporting healthy aging in body, mind and spirit. NELC provides the Center with annual financial support and office space. 

City of Edina

The City of Edina Human Services Task Force has provided annual support to the Normandale Center for Healing and Wholeness since 2004. Funding supports efforts to enhance to the quality of life of Edina residents, their family caregivers and the community at large and facilitates the provision of direct social work consultations, counseling, and coaching to older adults aging in place, and the delivery of health and wellness programs, caregiver workshops and support groups.

Trellis

Provides services, connections and innovations to help communities support older adults and their care partners through partnerships with community-based organizations, healthcare organizations and governmental units. Trellis is committed to reducing disparities in access and ensuring equity and inclusivity in older adult services. Trellis supports the Center’s caregiver services as part of the Older Americans Act.
