Our popular virtual yoga series is back! Give yourself the chance to say ahhhh. Join us for a virtual, 6 week hatha yoga series hosted and taught by Dawn Hughes. Hatha yoga is a gentle introduction to the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Gain flexibility and strength, while calming the mind. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience or ability level.
