About the event

Awaken, cultivate and transform with this popular, free 3-part workshop. Register for one class or all three. 

Journaling and writing can provide a greater sense of confidence, self-identity and remain present while keeping perspective. Each class will start with a guided meditation, then offered writing prompts and an opportunity to share with the group.

Paula Sandberg, owner of Mindful Monarch, is dedicated to teaching and empowering others to create a purposeful life for themselves and leads virtual healthy lifestyle classes. This workshop is about writing from the heart; no meditation or writing experience necessary!

Week 1 Writing Prompt: Embracing the New Year - Consider what can be released in order to create space and energy for something new and meaningful.

Week 2 Writing Prompt: Honoring Grief & Loss - Identify the myriad of ways that grief and loss can show up in our lives.

Week 3 Writing Prompt: Practicing Self-Compassion - - Explore the beauty of opening up to more self-love and self-kindness.
