About the event

Reflect on 2023 and embrace a new year with this popular, free 3-part workshop. Register for one class or all three. 

Journaling and writing can provide a greater sense of confidence, self-identity and remain present while keeping perspective. Each class will start with a guided meditation, then offered writing prompts and an opportunity to share with the group.

Paula, owner of Mindful Monarch, is dedicated to teaching and empowering others to create a purposeful life for themselves and leads many wellness classes virtually. This workshop is about writing from the heart as a healing process; no writing experience necessary.
