Join us for our free Second Saturday program of every month which includes a 90 minute education session beginning at 9:00 am and a support group meeting directly afterwards at 10:30 am. Come for one or both sessions. The morning program provides powerful tools and coping skills for you the caregiver and respite is available each month for your loved one from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm with advanced registration.

This month's topic: Storytelling, Literature and Music When Caring For Self and Others

Stories evoke stories. Music can be healing - both laments or the blues and songs or sounds that lift spirits. Many of us yearn for words to describe losses, caregiving for others, and even our many moods. Participants in this session will experience multiple resources that foster well-being when caring for self and others. Bring your own examples to the session.
